Please come prepared with picture ID, Completed NCVEC QUICK-FORM 605 (Link below) and $14 in cash (VENMO Allowed). Testing will start promptly at 8:00am and run until 9:00am. Enter the school from the East entrance. Parking can be found on the East side of the building and in the parking lot to the North.
You will need to have/obtain an FCC FRN to test.

To seed up the check in process you can obtain a NCVEC QUICK-FORM 605 APPLICATION AMATEUR OPERATOR/PRIMARY STATION LICENSE at [https://www.w5yi-vec.org/images/2022 NCVEC_Form_605_July_2022.pdf]. Complete the form, print and bring it with you. Applications will also be available at the test session.
The FCC now charges a $35 application fee. The FCC will email you the information after your documents are processed by W5YI, or you can monitor the CORES system for you application approval and make payment then. [https://www.arrl.org/fcc-application-fee]
